Having second thoughts or not quite feeling the love for your purchase?

We're all about keeping it real and transparent here at Sibling Skincare. Our returns policy is no exception. We want to make sure you're happy with your purchase, and if for some reason you're not, we're here to help.

We understand that sometimes things don't work out. While we can't promise you the world, we can offer you a smooth return process. If you’ve changed your mind, found the product doesn’t meet your standards, or the product is deemed faulty or unsafe and is unopened or lightly used, you can return it within 30 days of receiving the order.

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
  1. Contact our customer support team at hello@siblingskincare.com with your order number, and reason for return.
  2. We'll provide you with further instructions, including our return address.
  3. Carefully pack your items, including all original packaging, and send them back to us using a tracked, registered Postal service. Please note that customers are responsible for covering all postage costs.
  4. Once your return lands in our hands, we'll give it the once-over. If all's well, expect a refund heading your way through your original payment method within 7-10 business days
We cannot accept returns that we reasonably believe have been used. The exception to this:
  • If the product is found to be defective or unsafe.
  • If you've had an adverse reaction to the product in which case we’ll require the batch number (we may also request a photo as proof).
 Shipping Costs:

Just a heads-up: The cost of initial shipping isn't refundable, and the responsibility for return shipping fees and any associated risks—be it loss, theft, or damage during transit—falls on you. We'd love to have a magic wand for the entire delivery journey, but sometimes hiccups happen beyond our control. Should the unexpected occur, rest assured, we'll bend over backwards to help find your package or sort out any issues.
