OUR RETURN’S POLICY EXPLAINED

Eligibility for Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not meet expectations. If you’ve changed your mind, found the product unsuitable, or received an item that is faulty or unsafe, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order, provided it is unopened or lightly used.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process, please follow these steps:

2. Receive Instructions – We’ll provide you with the necessary return details, including our return address.

3. Pack & Ship – Securely package the item, including all original packaging, and return it using a tracked, registered postal service. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

4. Processing Your Refund – Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process your refund via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Return Exceptions

We are unable to accept returns for items that have been used beyond reasonable testing. However, exceptions apply in the following cases:

Defective or Unsafe Products – If a product is found to be faulty or unsafe, we will work with you to resolve the issue.

Adverse Reactions – If you experience a reaction to a product, we require the batch number and may request a photo as proof.

Shipping Costs & Liability

Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and assume any risks associated with the return process (e.g., loss, theft, or damage during transit). While we cannot control shipping outcomes, we will do our best to assist in resolving any issues.
